6-Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty

This service is ideal for gearboxes with a specific, identifiable fault.

  • Repair of the diagnosed issue only

Full Gearbox Reconditioning Service

12-Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty

A complete rebuild designed for long-term reliability, including:

  • Full strip-down and diagnostic inspection

  • Deep cleaning of all components

  • Replacement of worn bearings, seals, synchros, and internal parts

  • Gearbox resprayed in our signature black finish

  • RVN plaque installed

  • Thorough testing prior to return

Pricing & Assessment

Once your gearbox is received, it will be fully stripped and assessed.
A detailed quotation will then be provided based on whether a repair or full reconditioning is required.

No Fix, No Fee Policy

We operate a strict No Fix, No Fee policy.

If we are unable to repair or recondition your gearbox, no labour charge will apply.
You will only be responsible for delivery or return costs, where applicable.

Collection, Delivery & Customer Collection Options

  • A £90 fee covers one-way courier collection of your gearbox

  • After collection and inspection, we will quote for repair or reconditioning

  • If you choose not to proceed after receiving the quote, a £90 re-delivery fee will apply

Customers are also welcome to deliver and collect their gearbox in person, free of charge, from our workshop in Darwen, Lancashire.

Shipping Requirements

All gearboxes must be fully drained of oil before shipping.

Couriers apply a £200 surcharge for oil spillages.
RVN Gearboxes Ltd cannot be held responsible for these charges.
