1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK Mainland only.
If you are outside the UK Mainland, please contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and to receive a custom shipping quote.


2.Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (GMT) London.

  • Handling Time: All units are reconditioned and inspected within 3 working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery via our specialist freight partners takes 2 – 4 working days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their unit within 5 – 7 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier, weather, and other external factors.


3. Delivery Charges

All orders incur a delivery charge of $90.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and destination.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details (where applicable) so you can monitor your parcel.


5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may reattempt delivery

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Or provide instructions for local collection

Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts will require additional payment for re-delivery.


6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Courier delays

  • Strikes or public holidays

  • Customs or security checks

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We will notify you of significant delays where possible.


7. Gearbox Collection & Reconditioning

If we are collecting your gearbox for repair or full reconditioning:

  • Please contact us first to confirm the current lead time

  • Lead times may vary depending on workload and availability


8. Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you once the order has been successfully delivered.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you when full payment is received.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.


10. Returns and Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

Contact us before returning any goods to receive return instructions.
